Your details, kept safe
Privacy policy
Last updated: 5 November 2026
This page explains what personal details I collect, why, and what you can ask me to do with them. I keep as little as I can.
Who looks after your details
I do: Cóilín Ó Cearra, life coach, Galway, Ireland. Message me on Instagram about anything on this page.
What I collect
- When you book a call: your name, email and anything you choose to write in the booking form.
- When you message me: what you send on Instagram or WhatsApp.
- If you become a client: your phone number for WhatsApp check-ins, the notes I take on our calls, and payment records.
This website has no sign-up form and sets no tracking cookies.
Why I use it
- To run your calls and coaching (that's our agreement).
- To reply to your messages (because you asked me to).
- To keep payment records (the law requires it).
I never sell your details. I never use what you tell me in coaching in my content without your clear yes.
Things you share about your health
In coaching you might tell me about your health, your drinking or how you feel. I only keep that with your agreement, only to help you, and I keep it private.

- Google: Google Meet for calls, and the fonts on this site.
- Meta: Instagram and WhatsApp messages.

You can ask me to:
- show you the details I have about you,
- fix anything that's wrong,

- stop using them, or give you a copy.
Just message me. I'll reply within a month. If you're not happy with how I handle it, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
