These terms cover this website and my coaching. By booking a call or a programme with me, you agree to them. I've kept them short and plain.

Who I am

I'm Cóilín Ó Cearra, a life coach based in Galway, Ireland. You can reach me by message on Instagram.

What coaching is, and what it isn't

I'm a coach, not a doctor, dietitian or counsellor. Coaching is about habits, direction and getting unstuck. Nothing on this site or in our calls is medical advice.

• Check with your GP before starting a new exercise routine, especially if you have a health condition.
• If you're worried about your drinking, talk to your GP or call the HSE Drugs and Alcohol Helpline on 1800 459 459.
• In a crisis, call Samaritans on 116 123.

Who can work with me

You need to be 18 or over.

Results

I'll show up and give you my best. But the change comes from what you do. I can't promise any result, like a weight, a date or an outcome.

Prices and paying

• Prices are in euro (€) and are shown when you book.
• The free 20-minute chat is free. No card needed.
• Single sessions are paid when you book.
• Programmes can be paid in full or in instalments, as agreed before you start. If you pay in instalments, you agree to pay all of them.

Refunds

On the Change Direction programme: do the first 2 weeks (the calls and the check-ins). If it's not for you, tell me and I'll give you a full refund. After that, payments are not refunded.

Single sessions are not refunded once they've happened.

Missing or moving a call

Life happens. Please give me at least 24 hours' notice to move a call. A call missed without notice may not be rebooked.

Being respectful

Our calls and messages are a safe space, both ways. I can end coaching if someone is abusive or threatening. If I do, I'll refund any calls you've paid for and not had.

What you share stays private

What you tell me in coaching stays between us. The only time I'd break that is if I believed you or someone else was in serious danger. See my privacy policy for how I look after your details.

My content

The guides, plans and videos I give you are for your own use. Please don't sell or share them as your own.

Responsibility

You're responsible for your own choices, health and safety, including any exercise you do. As far as the law allows, I'm not liable for any loss that comes from using this site or my coaching. Nothing here takes away your rights as a consumer under Irish law.

Changes

I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
